I was sold a new Chevrolet Blazer. I front body damaged which done by FedEx back into it never disclose to me. I'm still paying for the vehicle to the Bank. The is not safe to drive the front collision system is offline which is need by super cruise system it almost killed me twice. General Manager Steffon play games want to trade in another vehicle and take lost value on my end. For Vehicle that damage before I purchased June 28 2025 they still have since Aug 2025 not update at all.

Getting someone on the phone was extremely difficult when my vehicle was first brought in. It had been towed there on a Sunday, but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone Monday morning

Waited an hour before being told they can’t rotate my tires because they couldn’t find the tool. Had to tell them just drop the tire rotation and change my oil. I checked the oil before I left because that just seemed like a stupid problem. The tool was in its case right there with the jack. I have no idea what they must have been doing for an hour.

The service associate was fine. However they wanted to charge me over $100 to replace my passenger air cabin filter. I checked it myself it was completely clean looked brand new, not to mention I can replace it myself for less than $30. Feels like a complete money grab to me

I was there on Black Friday and ended trading in my 2018 Chevy Equinox LT for a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV RS. Aaron was incredibly friendly, and has a great personality. In my experience, car salesmen tend to be aggressive and/or nonchalant, sometimes almost stand-offish, like they don’t need the sale, they’re just “doing you a favor” or something. I never once felt that with Aaron. He was kind, the conversation flowed, and we were able to exchange some good banter back and forth throughout. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was an inconvenience. He was confident, knowledgeable, and never appeared like he didn’t know what he was talking about. He gave me a FULL rundown of all the bells and whistles the car came equipped with, even going over things most would assume are common knowledge. I showed up three hours early for my appointment due to a scheduling conflict with my original time and he was more than accommodating. He did his absolute best to get me out of there as quickly as he could so that I could make it to my prior engagement. He is definitely one of the better sales people I have ever worked with. Make sure he gets the praise he deserves. Even when I didn’t buy from him the first time I visited to test drive, he never let his disappointment show, or ever made me feel like I was wasting his time. 10/10 would recommend him again :) The finance manager was also extremely friendly and made every effort to get me through all the financing paperwork efficiently as possible. Definitely a great experience all around, and the next time I’m in the market for a new car, I know where I’m going. Well done, y’all!

Oil change and checking over my new Silverado 3500 drw went well, except... I was told the dealership couldn't do a tire rotation on a dually and that most people who own dually's don't rotate tires. First, I understood that tire rotation was part of the service plan I signed up for, and second, dually owners do rotate tires...an important task for tire wear and safety. Now, I'll need to take my new truck to pay to have the tires rotated.

Isaiah greeted me at the door. Provided excellent customer service and attention to detail. Updated me on the progress of my vehicle and clearly explaining the scope of work. Car was delivered ahead of schedule. Pleased with the service and quality of work in getting my tires replaced.

I called on the phone Tuesday 12/2 to ask about bringing my Bolt EV in for the five year recommended service (brake fluid change and coolant flush) as well as a tire rotation on Saturday 12/8. I was told that would be no problem and was quoted $29.95 for a tire rotation, $199.95 for the brake fluid change, and $249.95 for the coolant flush. When I arrived for the appointment Saturday, I was told that the brake fluid change was actually $209.95 and that they couldn't do the coolant flush because the EV tech was the only one that could do it and he wasn't in until Monday. They also mentioned that the $249.95 quote was the wrong one since that was for vehicles with a single cooling loop and the Bolt EV has three, but told me only the EV tech could give a real quote which would probably be "a bit higher". Fair enough, I guess. I went ahead and did the tire rotation and brake fluid change since I was there anyways. Getting back, apparently they lost one of my valve stem caps during the tire rotation and failed to reset the TPMS when they moved the tires. So I came back on Monday to get them to reset the TPMS and replace the valve stem cap (which, to their credit, they did) in addition to doing the coolant flush. They said they would have to get back to me later for a quote, but I had to go into the office, so I left my car there to go ahead with it. Turns out I get a call later and they tell me the real price for the coolant flush is $715 which is significantly higher than the (incorrect) $249.95 I was originally quoted (of course, now that I had already left my car at the service center). So not only was I not able to do the full maintenance on the date I scheduled, but they failed to do the tire rotation fully, losing a valve stem cap in the process, making me have to return a second day only for them to give me a wildly different price for the coolant flush. To add insult to injury, the coolant was only $77.34 and they took roughly 3 hours, so effectively I'm getting charged about $200 an hour for their labor which is crazy. The only good part of the experience was the complimentary shuttle driver, Greg, who was punctual and a chill guy to talk to on the way from/back. The only reason I even went through with it despite the terrible pricing was because I had about $500 in GM rewards points saved up. Even with three coolant loops, no way a coolant flush is worth $715 out of pocket.

It was a great experience and very easy to deal with everyone. Rodney was great and knowledgeable.

My car had to be towed into the dealership and Drew was very responsive and communicated in a timely manner when the car will be ready. I appreciate the communication and fast repair so that I could return the rental car and get back to work as usual.

Brought in our 2023 Corvette. Did not buy from this dealership. Took care of everything with a smile addressing some warranty and non-warranty items. Set us in a rental and had the car back faster than they said. Nice guys at this dealership.

Was a bad experience, it’s difficult to make an appointment to begin with then the work done was overlapping on left side and right side. That means that nobody inspects cars after they are done. So was a waist of time I sadly have to return. I hope that this issue is taken seriously .

The service department were very courteous and helpful. The issue I had is the tire rotation. I paid to have the tires rotated this appointment as well as the last service appointment. I have a Silverado 2500 with front tire pressure of 60 psi and rear tire pressure of 70 psi, but once they rotated the tires they did not adjust the tire pressure. Front pressure was 70 psi and rear 60 psi. I had to adjust the pressure for the front and back tires. This should be checked as part of the service.

Very careful tune up done efficiently. Very pleasant compared with experience with other dealers.

I have been here at least 3 times for the same issue of audio cutting out intermittently. Happens every drive cycle. Every time I’m here they program it and ship it. As soon as I get it back it happens again. They don’t QC it at all. This visit I was in for a water leak near the rear cab coming down into the rear seat storage well. They told me that they had to put seem sealer on the body seems at the area behind the rear center mounted stop lamp assembly. This is a bandaid at best. The body panels are known to separate here and cause water leaks. The true repair is to take it to the body shop and have it drilled and spot welded. This was not done. To the point where I have sold this vehicle. For many reasons but the dealership experience certainly being one of them.

I have been to Chevrolet dealerships all across the country and you by far have the best customer service anywhere!!!

Quick & friendly service

I get great service every time at this dealership.

There were 3 primary issues with my visit 1. Communication was non existent. All updates that I received were a result of me calling the dealership and requesting information. At some point I left a message for my service advisor and someone else called me back. 2. The repair and advisement was misleading if not untruthful. I brought the vehicle in for service and received a diagnoses that turned into another diagnoses after the initial repairs were made. I only found out about the second diagnoses after the car had been there for a week and had to call in inquiring about when the car would be done. 3. The service advisor was not personable or professional. He was not responsive nor proactive. I will work hard to try not to come back to this dealership but if that not possible I will ensure I never work with that advisor again.

My experience was excellent. Rodney Harrell was very professional and all personnel was very kind.

Overall very good experience. I came in for a service bulletin / recall that still needs to be fixed as the part is back ordered but I got my oil change done as well as other recommended services. The vehicle was done in 4 hrs which in my experience across different brands is very quick especially given the fact that I wasn’t waiting at the dealership. I’ll be back once the part is available.

Was a normal visit for oil

I was told that I had free oil changes for a year when I signed my agreement. I went out there and they did not honor the agreement and I was charged $125 for the oil change. I could have stayed closer to my house and gotten it for half that price. That really disappointed me.

When I dropped the vehicle off to I believe his name was Russell, he was very rude and gave false information about my vehicle when I explained to him why i was bringing the vehicle in. He needs to be retrained on the knowledge of my vehicle and his customer service was terrible. He never called me on the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, he was not there, but Mr. Wayne was extremely nice and kind.

Made an appointment to fix 3 recalls. Was told it would take two hours. Arranged a ride to the dealership. Appointment was at 9AM dropped it off at 8:45AM. Never heard anything (other than someone trying to sell me a car or buy my car). Finally called at Noon, they told me the GM system was down may be another 2 hours. Reached out again, they said they need it over night but cant guarantee that system will be by the next day. Spend $15 to uber there just to get out. No answers, no empathy, no loaner vehicle. Truck is in for recalls, but the system to fix recalls is down and nobody knows when it will be back up...SMH. Won't go back and will try another dealership. Very Transactional, not friendly.

Service was great. Follow up with customers continues to be an issue. The dealer had my car for two weeks and not once did I receive a proactive call on an update. I had to call for updates, many times multiple times per day with no messages returned. This has been a recurring theme at the dealer

Thats how I know and I told Robert that. I wonder what else they don’t do , and say they did it.. I need to buy another car but how can I trust them?…Disappointed..

Sean provided a good service during my time in. I was able to find out exactly what is going on with my car and he provided good advice on getting the issues resolved.

The check-in was not the same that i had experienced with other service centers. I drove my car on the aisle and waited for someone to reach me but never happened. As well got down and looked around but again none noticed me though they are in their desks. Finally went inside to their desks for check-in. Also once the service was done, the associate never come to you confirming the car was ready. Instead you had to be watchful for automated messages sent to your mobile and walk yourself to their desk for payment.

I’ve been taking my Silverado to Malcolm since my first oil change. Even with my tires being rotated, not once has anyone checked the air pressure. I’ve also never had my windshield wiper fluid level checked. These have always been free services at other mechanics. Disappointing that $160 doesn’t get me air in the tires. Windshield wiper fluid is $7 a gallon at an auto parts store, so not expensive. Otherwise good service.

Took my Colorado in for hood repaint, infotainment problems and speedometer recalibration. Could not recalibrate and could not duplicate infotainment problems. Paint on hood has buff marks. We were told to just buff it out ourselves which should not be our responsibility. There are 3 new scratches on my truck probably from the bed cover installation or spray in liner that we paid for

The service department did a poor job of managing time.they notified me far too late in the day that the car wasn’t going to be finished that day. I was over an hour away and wouldn’t have made it to the service department in time to pull the car early. I had no choice but to leave it there and pick it up in the morning. That car had to be at the airport before 12 PM and it still needed to be prepped. It’s also an extremely expensive location (about $800 just for the front rotors and pads + labor).

I came for the first time after purchasing my truck the same week, I wanted to change the oil and also find out if there is anything else that needed to be taken before I followed the maintenance scheduling. I was made aware quickly over text message with details about each concern. Ever efficient and kind staff.

Had tires rotated and a general check. The technician who inspected my cabin air filter allowed acorns to drop into my blower motor causing a very loud rattle/vibration when the air was turned on. I had to pull out the filter and stick my hand into the blower motor to fish out 2 acorns

Robert Acuff was my service technician. I had him the first time I went to Malcohm Cunningham Chevrolet and he was great so I requested him again. Absolutely FANTASTIC! Robert had all my information including warranty info. His communication is timely and frequent throughout from dropoff to pickup. The service turnaround was quick and my issue resolved.

I’m disappointed that I dropped my car off and it took all day to tell me that you couldn’t do anything. I was told I’d have to take it to a third party down the street to have it fixed.

First oil change

I brought my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe to your service department on June 23, 2026 for a transmission shudder ahead of a long-planned family road trip. I approved approximately $1,800 in maintenance, including a 10-speed transmission flush, coolant exchange, brake fluid exchange, rear differential service, and cabin air filter replacement. Within a day of leaving your lot, and after departing on my trip, a red fluid leak developed. I took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership in Indiana, where the technician diagnosed a failed transmission coolant line seal and stated the failure was most likely caused by the transmission flush your shop had just performed. I have this diagnosis in writing. This left my family and me stranded out of state in Clinton, Indiana. The part is on national backorder for an unknown length of time, the vehicle remains in Indiana, and I am facing the cost of the repair, a rental vehicle for an undetermined period, and shipping the vehicle back to Georgia a total likely exceeding $7,000. The vehicle was not leaking when I brought it to you. The seal failed immediately after your service, and an independent GM dealer has attributed it to your work. Despite this, your service department declined to take responsibility or treat it as comeback work. I am asking that your dealership stand behind its work, cover the cost of the repair caused by the flush, and cover the consequential costs of being stranded out of state.

Sean is great, but given it’s pollen season, I feel all vehicles going through service should get a complimentary wash, as many other dealerships do, even for just an oil change/rotation.

I'm overall pleased with the service, but sometimes the attention to detail is lacking in the service department. I was told I needed a cabin filter because mine had "Dust, Dirt and Leaves" in it. I just changed it myself a few days before so I know they didn't actually check it. On a couple of occasions they have failed to return my tire lock key. Once I did not discover this until weeks later and I had to purchased a whole new wheel lock set.

My car sat at the dealership for 4 days before any service feedback was provided. No loaner was provided

Some is wrong with my AC y’all would not try to help me with it and the weather is so hot, they said it would be 1200$, they could have offered to go half. My only complaint was that when I received my vehicle back, there were greasy handprints on the trunk and the frunk along with what almost looked like scuff marks where they had put a blanket or something down to protect the car. I used quick detailer at home to fix it, but wish that the car was returned in the same condition that I brought it.

Service was just ok. No one came out to greet me when I pulled up. Wasn't quite sure where to go. After 1.5 hours to confirm what was wrong with my GPS system, I had to ask what the status was. I was told that my car was already complete and that they didn't see me sitting there. Nothing was fixed, just the part is on backorder and I need to come back. Very lazy customer service imo.

I went in for an oil change and while my vehicle was being serviced, I asked that they check my windshield wipers because they were not moving smoothly across the glass. As I was checking out, I asked themabout the windshield wipers and they said everything was fine. I’m leaving a review because yesterday as it was pouring down rain my windshield wipers were horrible. They were skipping all over the glass. I decided to leave the review because this is something that could have been handled when my car was serviced.

You falsely claimed that my rotors needed to be replaced. And I needed a brake flush. It was a lie. You wanted to charge me close to $1500. I got it all fixed the next day for $250. You guys are just flat on thieves. Everybody should be warned about your maintenance program. I hope you’re very proud of yourself.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Malcolm Cunningham North Point Chevrolet. We brought our 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe to this dealership twice while it was under warranty because it was making a loud clicking noise whenever it was backing up. Each time, we explained the issue in detail, but the service department told us they could not find the source of the noise and that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We were told that if the problem continued or something failed, to bring it back because our concern had been documented. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. While driving approximately 20 mph, the axle suddenly broke due to what was later determined to be a failed CV joint—the very issue that was causing the clicking noise we had repeatedly reported. Instead of honoring the warranty and standing behind their previous documentation, the dealership immediately claimed the damage was the result of an accident, despite the vehicle never being involved in one. They refused to repair it under warranty and instructed us to contact GM, who also denied the claim. This is a one-year-old vehicle, and an axle should never fail under normal driving conditions. We reported the warning signs before the failure occurred, giving the dealership every opportunity to diagnose and correct the issue while it was still under warranty. Instead, they dismissed our concerns, and when the part ultimately failed, they refused to take responsibility. We were left with no choice but to file an insurance claim and have the vehicle repaired ourselves. After being loyal customers for several years, this experience completely destroyed our trust in Malcolm Cunningham North Point Chevrolet. Their service department was dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand behind their work or the warranty. We will never bring another vehicle to this dealership again, and we cannot recommend them to anyone looking for honest or reliable service. Even after our insurance company became involved and agreed to pay for the repairs, Malcolm Cunningham North Point Chevrolet still refused to perform the repair work. We had the vehicle at their dealership, the repairs were going to be paid for, and they still chose not to help. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Do Not Recommend.

Rodney made everything smooth, no complications whatsoever. I told him what I wanted and he called back within 10 minutes showing me the exact vehicle I described.

The repair is great. The compressor works fine. It was extremely disappointing that I was out of warranty by two days. I called to make an appointment the very day that the warranty expired. I noticed the issue the day prior. I dropped the car off a day after the warranty expired and Chevrolet only offered me half of the cost of the compressor repair for the Goodwill warranty assistance. Very disappointing. Will make me think about whether to buy a Chevrolet again.

Made a reservation to have my car looked at, clicked the "I will wait" button and the system confirmed my appointment. I showed up for that appointment where I was told that nobody would be able to review my car at that time. The counter guy confirmed that a shuttle could take me up to 10 miles, and I shared that my home is 12 miles away... He continued that the shuttle would take me 10 miles. I had to be dropped off at a Kroger and wait for my wife to drive up to that point...Lame. Also, I am more upset because of the prices that came back. The last visit prior I came in for an oil change and left with a $3500 bill. Here a month or so later, I came for a review of an issue, got a quote for about $7000 worth of work, and a statement about how it might not even correct what I came in for. I have taken the truck to another shop to review all these findings (and help with the original issue). Based on the 2nd opinion, this will determine my actual review that I post on Google.

I have used your service department for many years and brought all my Corvettes in along with my other cars. Service has been great and have no complaints. You have taken care of them as required. I only wish your sales department was as easy to work with as I have purchased 5 new Corvettes in the past few years but could not buy from you because you insisted on marking them up above MSRP and I never do business with a dealer that is selfish enough to gouge their loyal customers.
